This tool raises the disposer into position after you've installed the flange. It holds it in place with a clip while you go below and turn the ring attachment to the flange with both hands. No more raising and turning at the same time. Making this one time painful job much easier. This tool does not work on skinny disposers like whirlaway and others like it. Great on Insinkerators and other full size disposers.
