Occasionally, items shown to be in stock or available get pre-sold. If this happens, Bathroom Parts Direct will send you an e-mail and you will have the option of backordering the product, canceling your order for a full refund or choosing another item that is in stock.

Bathroom Parts Direct only charges $6.99 for shipments that cost $75.00 or less, which is to cover handeling more than anything else. Orders Greater that $75.00 will be shipped for free(ground ofcourse). This only applies for the 50 contiguous states. Alaska and Hawaii customers please request a quote before ordering.
